I spend my days with large enterprises moving through cloud and AI transformation, my classrooms with graduate students and executives, and my quietest hours with people at inflection points — the moment when the old chapter has clearly ended and the new one has not yet taken shape.
They are usually not struggling people. They are highly capable, deeply responsible, and stuck precisely because of that. What makes the combination uncommon is corporate depth, academic rigor and human warmth. Most people who work with others in transition have one or two.

Why does technology adoption burn people out, and what separates the people who thrive from the ones who quit?
Doctor of Business Administration, Florida International University. My research examines the overlooked human side of enterprise technology adoption: why it produces burnout and turnover, and what capabilities make some professionals resilient to it.
The work identifies product management acumen — thinking in outcomes, systems and user value rather than tasks — as a measurable protective factor. It is the foundation under the teaching, the advising and the writing.
